Steve Nicklin founded the company Nicklin Property Management in 1986. About 13 years ago, he expanded his family business with his sister Sandy opening an HOA division. As the years went by, the business grew into a successful Property Management and HOA Management company. In order to provide the best service and keep the two from losing sight of their passions, they separated the companies and made the HOA management division a standalone company now known as “Nicklin Community Management Services LLC”. Steve’s sister Sandy Nicklin-Behar still oversees the HOA management services at Nicklin Community Management Services LLC. Both brother and sister believe in focusing on the thing that they do best and certainly did not want that focus to be compromised. As the two companies grow, the siblings are closer than ever and still operate their companies side-by-side with the same “we’re family” and “you’re part of our family” attention to service.
The Nicklin family has always and will always believe that the secret to a successful business is treating our employees and clients as family. This model has proven to be successful with employee and client retention. We have employees that have been employed for over 10 years in the HOA Division and these employees are all employed by the Nicklin Community Management Services LLC. Many of our first clients are still part of our family today. Same great people and the same great service!
