Steve Nicklin founded Nicklin Property Management in 1986. In 2004, Steve expanded by opening an HOA Community Management division with his sister, Sandy Nicklin-Behar. Over the years, the brother-sister team created a successful company with core family values that set Nicklin apart from competitors and established a welcoming environment for its employees and clients. In order to provide better service to their clients, the pair decided in 2017, to separate the two divisions into individual companies. This resulted in the opening of Nicklin Community Management Services, LLC: a full service HOA Community Management Company.

Steve and Sandy’s strong family values have resulted in a high retention rate of employees and HOA clients, many of which have been with them for over 13 years!
